Do your lotions contain parabens, phthalates, or synthetic fragrances?
No. Our lotions are completely free of parabens, phthalates, and synthetic fragrance oils. Every scent comes from pure essential oils or botanical extracts, never artificial perfumes. We choose ingredients that are gentle on skin and safe for the environment.
What if my product arrives melted, leaked, or damaged?
While rare, heat or handling during transit can sometimes affect handmade products. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly replace or refund the item to make it right.
Do you accept returns on skincare items?
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened skincare. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us. We always work to resolve issues quickly and fairly. Your satisfaction is incredibly important to us.
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, as each batch is poured and packaged fresh. During peak seasons (holidays, harvest months), shipping may take slightly longer. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package leaves our studio.
